ENDEAVOUR-I High Pressure Bricks Machines Are Fitted With Advanced Prefilled Hydraulic Technology For Smooth & Fast Production Cycle. These Machines Are Fabricated With Best Quality Raw Materials & Workmanship. Manufacturing Process: Fly Ash Bricks with ENDEAVOUR-i Technology The manufacturing of fly ash bricks using the ENDEAVOUR-i High-Pressure Machine is a sophisticated, eco-friendly process that transforms industrial waste into high-strength building materials. The ENDEAVOUR-i system utilizes advanced hydraulic pressure technology to ensure uniform density and superior structural integrity. Critical Stages: 1. Raw Material Preparation The quality of the final brick depends heavily on the precise ratio of ingredients. The standard composition typically involves: • Fly Ash (50–60%): The primary industrial byproduct. • Sand/Crushed Stone Dust (20–30%): Acts as a structural filler. • Lime/Cement (8–15%): The binding agent. • Gypsum (5%): Enhances early strength and setting time. 2. Automated Batching and Mixing Materials are fed into the Pan Mixer (integrated with the ENDEAVOUR-i system). • Dry Mixing: Ingredients are blended to ensure the binder is evenly distributed. • Wet Mixing: Water is added incrementally. The ENDEAVOUR-i process requires a 'semi-dry' consistency, where the mix holds its shape when squeezed but isn't saturated. 3. Material Feeding (The Hopper System) The processed mix is transported via a conveyor belt to the machine’s Feed Hopper. From here, a specialized 'feeder box' moves over the mold cavity. The ENDEAVOUR-i machine uses a precision agitation system within the feeder box to ensure the mold is filled evenly, preventing weak spots in the bricks. 4. High-Pressure Compaction This is the core of the ENDEAVOUR-i technology. Unlike vibration-only machines, this system applies high-tonnage hydraulic pressure (typically ranging from 50 to 250 tons depending on the model). • High Pressing: Pressure is applied to eliminate air pockets. • Molecular Bonding: The high pressure forces the lime/cement to react chemically with the fly ash (Pozzolanic reaction), creating a dense, stone-like brick. 5. Automatic Ejection and Palletizing Once compacted, the 'green' bricks are ejected from the mold. • The ENDEAVOUR-i system features a smooth ejection stroke to ensure the edges remain sharp and the surface is glass-smooth. • Bricks are automatically moved On the pallet area for transport to the curing yard. 6. Curing and Hardening While the bricks look finished immediately, they require hydration to reach full strength: • Initial Setting: Bricks remain on pallets for 24 hours in a protected area. • Water Curing: Bricks are stacked and cured with water for 7 to 14 days. • Air Drying: After water curing, they are allowed to air dry to complete the chemical bonding process before dispatch. Feature Benefit High Hydraulic Pressure Eliminates the need for high cement ratios, reducing costs. Precision Molds Produces bricks with perfect dimensions, saving mortar during masonry. Heavy-Duty Chassis Ensures machine longevity and low maintenance in industrial environments. Eco-Friendly Output Utilizes 100% industrial waste with zero carbon emissions during pressing.
